Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Technology Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical support to internal and external users, resolving issues through troubleshooting, and providing guidance on IT-related concerns. Core responsibilities include assisting in system maintenance, analyzing technical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve technology performance. You will also monitor and maintain IT systems and create documentation for processes and support activities.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills to diagnose and resolve technical challenges effectively
Proficiency in Information Technology and Technical Support processes to maintain systems and ensure optimal performance
Excellent Communication Skills for working with diverse teams, delivering clear instructions, and ensuring user satisfaction
Familiarity with best practices in system documentation and IT tools
Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in IT support or a similar technology-focused role is a plus
