Faisal serves as a Senior Advisor to the firm, providing strategic guidance, industry expertise, market insight, and high-level decision support.

He began his career in investment banking at Citigroup in New York City, working within the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) for three years. During this time, he advised clients in the student loan and specialty finance sector, executing transactions ranging from portfolio monetizations and securitizations to structured financing solutions. His responsibilities included financial modeling and valuation, transaction structuring, preparation of client materials, and direct communication with institutional investors and prospective clients throughout the deal lifecycle.

He later joined J.P. Morgan in New York City as an investment banker in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) group. In this role, he advised large, global corporations across multiple subsectors, delivering strategic and capital markets advice. His experience spanned equity and equity-linked offerings, debt financing, capital structure optimization, and M&A advisory, with coverage across technology, media, cable, IT services, and IT distribution companies.

He then joined Investcorp (with $60b in Asset Under Management) as a VP with the Private Equity Group. His responsibilities include (but not limited to): sourcing, evaluating and structuring private equity transactions in the Middle East

He then joined GFH as the head of Private Equity. He developed and executed the firm's private equity strategy. He was mandated to source, structure and manage investments in the Gulf, United States and European markets with typical investment size ranges from $20M to $70M in equity.

He transitioned to Aramco as Head of the M&A/Corporate Development Division. He was responsible for M&A and joint venture execution at Aramco in technology, energy transition, manufacturing, and other diversified sectors.

He then joined Asfar (Saudi Tourism Investment Company) as Chief Investment Officer, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF). In this role, he managed $1.6 billion of investment capital across private equity and real estate, overseeing investment strategy, capital deployment, and portfolio management.

Faisal holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University and earned his MBA from Yale University
