Omar began his career at KPMG, where he played a key role in enhancing tax compliance, driving business optimization, and improving companies financials. He successfully implemented VAT systems for a $1 billion client to streamline regulatory adherence. He developed tailored financial frameworks that optimize financial structures and operational efficiency for clients.
He then transitioned to Aramco, where he specialized in Valuation & Modeling, driving multi-billion-dollar M&A transactions through financial structuring and auditing. He also launched an Internal Leadership Council, spearheading 40+ strategic initiatives and industry publications.
He then joined Bain & Company, one of the world’s leading consulting firms, to further specialize in financial strategy, corporate valuation, and performance optimization. At Bain, he worked closely with global clients, providing data-driven financial insights to support M&A transactions, capital restructuring, and operational efficiency initiatives.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Accounting from George Mason University and earned his MBA from Cornell University. He has also successfully passed CFA Level I.
