Boshen began his career at Inter-American Development Bank, and shortly transitioned to the IFC (International Finance Corporation, the investment arm of the World Bank, with $60 billon. With deep expertise in quantitative modeling, funding operations, and financial structuring, he specializes in developing data-driven financial strategies that optimize capital allocation, enhance liquidity management, and drive long-term value creation. His proficiency in complex financial modeling enables precise risk assessment, scenario analysis, and valuation for structured financing and investment strategies. 

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and a Master's in Finance from Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, he successfully passed all three levels of the CFA certification.
